• Communication – Solid written and verbal skills, comfort working with diverse teams, presenting to senior leadership
• Prior Engineering or Operations Background (prefer med device, but any industry could be acceptable). Not likely to consider candidates with only IT experience.

1. Can you please confirm the 3 main responsibilities/day to day activities required for this role?

• Project Planning – Create project plans (work breakdown structure, project plan, project budget, resource plans, communications plans, etc)
• Project Execution – Lead project teams in execution of projects, manage risks,
• There are several different projects (and roles) that we have recently received approval to initiate, with some examples including:
• Manufacturing line capacity expansion (for recently launched products)
• Product MDR certification and implementation
• Complex supplier-driven changes (product design and process changes, submissions, etc)

1. What products (if any) will this role support? Opening multiple roles, so will match projects with skillsets and interests. All will be projects related to the Neuromodulation and Pelvic Health portfolios.
2. What is your target years of experience? 3+ years of project management experience, 5+ years total technical/PM experience
3. When do you plan to start interviewing? Dependent on timing of quality candidate pool; will look to start screens in first half of September
4. Will you be looking to hire and start ASAP or will the start date be delayed? ASAP, no delay
5. Will the contingent worker be working remotely or onsite, or both (if both, please confirm possible schedule)? Hybrid, will want in Rice Creek office 3 days / week but can be flexible on specific dates and times

Seeking a program manager to lead high-priority programs focused on released products in the Neuromodulation and Pelvic Health operating units. Programs may include both design and manufacturing-focused changes, including: manufacturing site transfers / capacity expansion, MDR compliance, product design enhancements, and management of supplier-requested process changes.

The individual for this role should have capability and confidence to lead cross-functional teams which may include but is not limited to: mechanical/electrical design, software, quality/reliability, verification/validation, human factors, systems engineering, process development, supplier quality, sourcing, and regulatory affairs. The ideal candidate has 3+ years leading programs of a similar nature within a highly regulated field, medical device preferred.

Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned.

• Oversees operational aspects of ongoing projects and serves as liaison between project management and planning, project team, and line management.
• Manages the development and implementation process of a company's products and services involving departmental or cross functional teams focused on the delivery of new or existing products.
• Reviews status of projects and budgets; and prepares status reports. Monitors the project from initiation through delivery.
• Assesses project issues and develops resolutions to meet productivity, quality, and client satisfaction goals and objectives.
• Develops mechanisms for monitoring project progress and for intervention and problem solving with project managers, line managers, and clients.
