Key Responsibilities:
Oversee all aspects of real estate projects from conception to completion. Collaborate with the development team to establish project goals and timelines. Manage project budgets and ensure costeffective solutions are implemented. Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential opportunities for new projects. Negotiate contracts with contractors suppliers and other stakeholders. Monitor project progress and make necessary adjustments to ensure timely delivery. Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders including investors government agencies and other partners. Ensure compliance with all relevant laws regulations and industry standards. Conduct regular site visits to ensure quality and safety standards are being met. Prepare and present project progress reports to senior management. Requirements: Bachelors degree in Real Estate Business Administration or a related field. Minimum of 5 years of experience in real estate development with at least 3 years in a managerial role. Strong understanding of the real estate market in Saudi Arabia. Excellent project management and leadership skills. Proven experience in budget management and cost control. Familiarity with relevant laws regulations and industry standards. Strong negotiation and communication skills. Ability to work in a fastpaced dynamic environment. Proficient in Microsoft Office and project management software. Fluent in English Arabic is a plus.
