Job Description

Our client is seeking an experienced Real Estate Partner to join their nationally recognised Real Estate practice in Miami. Their team provides clients with strategic legal counsel, enabling them to capitalise on market opportunities while mitigating risks and resolving challenges. With deep industry knowledge and decades of experience, they guide clients through every phase of real estate transactions, including acquisition, development, financing, leasing, and disposition.

Responsibilities:

  • Advise clients on all aspects of real estate transactions, including acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, development, and financing.
  • Structure and negotiate complex commercial real estate deals across various sectors, including office, industrial, hospitality, and mixed-use developments.
  • Collaborate with institutional investors, developers, lenders, and corporate clients to achieve their strategic real estate objectives.
  • Lead due diligence efforts, risk assessments, and contract negotiations to ensure successful transaction outcomes.
  • Provide counsel on debt and equity financing, joint ventures, and portfolio transactions.
  • Partner with attorneys in complementary practice areas, such as tax, environmental, and corporate law, to offer comprehensive client solutions.

Qualifications:

  • J.D. from an accredited law school and active membership in the Florida Bar.
  • Extensive experience in real estate law with a strong transactional focus.
  • Proven ability to manage high-value, complex real estate transactions.
  • Established book of business and strong industry relationships.
  • Exceptional negotiation, drafting, and analytical skills.
  • Experience with institutional investors, REITs, developers, lenders, and other key industry players.
