The HR Receptionist will play a crucial role in managing front desk operations, handling HR-related inquiries, and assisting with administrative tasks. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to gain experience in HR while working in a collaborative team environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet and assist employees, job candidates, and visitors at the front desk
  • Answer phone calls, direct inquiries, and respond to emails
  • Maintain and organize HR files, records, and confidential documents
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail, as well as office supply orders
  • Provide administrative support to the HR team as needed
  • Assist in coordinating interviews and supporting new hire onboarding (as needed)
  • Help maintain compliance with HR policies and procedures
  • Support company events, trainings, and HR-related initiatives

Qualifications

  • Experience: 1-2 years in customer service, administrative, or reception roles (HR exposure preferred)
  • Education: Not required
  • Technical Skills: Basic computer proficiency, including MS Office
  • Soft Skills: Strong people skills, team-oriented, highly organized, and excellent customer service ability
