Job Summary:

As a Recruiting Coordinator , you will be a crucial part of the hiring team, supporting recruiters, hiring managers, and candidates throughout the recruitment lifecycle. Your responsibilities will include scheduling interviews, maintaining candidate records, coordinating communication, and enhancing the overall candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
• Manage and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) with candidate information.
• Communicate with candidates regarding interview logistics, updates, and next steps.
• Assist with job postings on various platforms, including company career sites and job boards.
• Coordinate background checks, reference checks, and other pre-employment screenings.
• Support onboarding efforts by ensuring new hires receive necessary documents and information.
• Assist recruiters with sourcing candidates and screening resumes as needed.
• Maintain hiring metrics and generate recruitment reports.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience by providing timely updates and clear communication
