***This is a 6-8 month W2 Contract position that will work 100% remote from your home office***

We are searching for dynamic, highly organized Recruiting Coordinators to support our Recruiting Team, creating a top-tier experience for candidates and our clients. This is a highly collaborative role, and you will play a key part in driving the recruiting process, candidate experience, and impactful operational projects daily, having a direct impact on the organization's growth.

Work with a company that has been described as one of the most admired, ethical, and inclusive companies in the world, while supporting ManpowerGroup's long-standing client, a Fortune 500 leader in the Financial Software Industry Talent Solutions RPO is looking to add top talent to join our strong team of Coordinators where our focus is providing an excellent candidate experience to all new hires for our client.

Essential Functions

• Assist the Recruiting team with candidate interview scheduling
• Able to effectively schedule multiple interviews weekly
• Schedule and communicate interview details with candidates.
• Communicate any interview scheduling conflicts or changes to the Recruiting team
• Enter and track candidate information in the recruiting database, ensuring appropriate parties have access to necessary information
• Conduct background and reference checks for finalist candidates
• Ability to respond quickly and effectively to urgent tasks and requests in an environment with constantly changing priorities
• Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail and ability to handle stressful situations
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to manage sensitive and confidential situations with tact, professionalism, and diplomacy
• Proficient with Microsoft Office or Google Suite
• Proficient with or the ability to quickly learn Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and similar computer applications
