The Role:

As a Recruitment Consultant, you will lead full-cycle recruitment activities with a strong emphasis on sales and business development within the Data & Analytics sector. This role requires proactive business development, client engagement, strategic account management, and revenue generation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and target new leads and business opportunities
• Cold call and cultivate relationships with key decision-makers.
• Drive revenue growth by developing and executing strategic sales plans.
• Negotiate terms and agreements with clients, ensuring mutually beneficial partnerships.
• Source and engage top-tier candidates to meet client demands.
• Act as a trusted advisor, providing market insights and recruitment expertise.
