Job Title: Regional Sales Executive - Component Testing Products

Location: Pittsburgh, PA

Since 1948, the name FOERSTER has been synonymous with highest quality and precision. We develop and produce instruments and systems for the non-destructive testing of metallic materials, metal detection and magnetics. As we broaden our presence in Component Testing Products, we are seeking a pro-active and dynamic Regional Sales Executive to join our expanding team.

Position Overview:

In the role of Regional Sales Executive, you will be instrumental in driving sales and extending our market reach for cutting-edge Component Testing products within the designated region. We seek an individual with a genuine passion for technology, outstanding communication skills, and the ability to comprehend and address the unique needs of clients in the eddy current testing sector.

Product Demonstrations and Customer Engagement :

• Foster relationships with key decision-makers in organizations, showcasing the capabilities and advantages of our eddy current testing solutions.
• Deliver clear and engaging sales presentations, highlighting the distinctive features and benefits of our eddy current testing products.
• Conduct hands-on demonstrations to showcase the practical functionality and effectiveness of our eddy current testing solutions.
• Successfully close deals, consistently surpassing sales targets.
• Stay updated on the latest trends and technological advancements in eddy current testing.
• Provide valuable insights and feedback to contribute to the continual improvement of our eddy current testing product offerings.

Desirable Skills & Qualifications:

• Previous sales experience, preferably within the NDT or eddy current testing product industry.
• Genuine passion for technology and a solid understanding of eddy current testing products.
• Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to convey technical information in an accessible manner.
• Proactive and a hunter/results-driven mindset, thriving in a dynamic work environment.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.

Key Requirements:

• 2-year degree, or equivalent experience in the nondestructive testing industry
• 3-5 years general business to business sales experience.
• Must be a hunter/self-starter, willing and able to work independently, be self-motivated, and make good business decisions with minimum supervision.
• Be an effective communicator and problem solver with all internal and external customers alike.
• Ability to travel up to 50%.
