Job Description

We are currently seeking a mid-level professional project land surveyor for our client’s Mason, OH office. As a Professional Project Land Surveyor , you will consult with clients, prepare proposals, perform deed and plan research, boundary and topographic surveys, data collection and survey calculations. You will also be responsible for the production of client deliverables including survey plats and property descriptions, ALTA surveys, easement descriptions/exhibits and Flood Elevation Certificates.

• Experience Level: 5-10 years
• Location: Mason OH
• Salary: $90-115K + Competitive Benefits Package including One time sign-on bonus $2500 & Annual profit sharing program approximately 4% of base salary

Position Qualifications

• Experience in office and field tasks associated with land surveying and civil engineering, working on a wide range of projects; or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Operation and understanding of GPS and robotic survey equipment
• Demonstrated ability to manage several complex projects
• Proven track record coordinating the efforts of internal and external team members
• Strong electronic design skills (3D modeling, AutoCAD, Civil 3D)
• Active involvement in organizations related to the profession or consulting industry is a plus

Position Requirements

• B.S. in Land Surveying, or equivalent, from an accredited institution
• Professional licensing in the State of Ohio required
