Retail Branch Manager

Your Responsibilities as a Retail Branch Manager:

• Lead and manage monthly sales initiatives. Deliver effective strategies to achieve the branch's monthly goals for revenue, growth and profitability.
• Proactively sell, promote and explain all products and services offered. Cross sell related products and services with emphasis on establishing relationships with members. Open new accounts and resolve banking issues.
• Cultivate a relationship with the store associates to acquire referrals of customers within and outside the facility.
• Direct, develop, coach, motivate, train, hire and discipline branch personnel using the credit union's policies, procedures and standards; administer performance evaluations and holding team members accountable for the delivery of exceptional member service.

What You Bring:

• Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred (3-5 years of Bank/Credit Union management experience is acceptable in lieu of a degree). High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Three to five years of retail branch banking or related experience, with proven ability to successfully communicate with staff and members. Prior credit union and in-store retail banking experience preferred.

• Excellent written/verbal communication skills and have a professional appearance and manner
• Competent with PC based programs – Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
• Ability to work independently and complete assigned tasks within identified time frames
• Possess strong organizational, coaching and mentoring skills
