**Retirement Plan Participant Educator & Consultant**
**Compensation:** $65,000 - $100,000 annually, with the opportunity for bonuses
**Location:** Annapolis, MD (Fully remote option available, but hybrid arrangement is preferred)
Are you passionate about empowering others to achieve their financial goals? We're looking for a dedicated and engaging Retirement Plan Participant Educator & Consultant to join our team! In this role, you'll help employees of our retirement plan clients across the region make informed decisions about their 401(k), 403(b), and other retirement plans.
**Your Impact:**
- Educate and inspire retirement plan participants through one-on-one discussions and group meetings, both in-person and virtually.
- Build and nurture relationships, creating opportunities for referrals to our wealth management advisors.
- Increase employee participation and contribution elections by providing investment education and personalized support.
- Collaborate with our internal ERISA teams to ensure compliance and high-quality service delivery.

**Travel:** Approximately 15-20% to meet with clients and participants.
**Responsibilities:**
- Lead financial education meetings and workshops.
- Serve as the primary contact for plan participants, actively engaging with clients and their employees.
- Prepare for meetings, ensuring timely follow-ups and execution of deliverables.
- Resolve questions and issues accurately and promptly.
- Demonstrate strong leadership and coaching skills to guide participants towards their retirement goals.
**Your Skills & Qualifications:**
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Proven ability to build and manage client relationships.
- Retirement plan knowledge is preferred but not required.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Self-starter with strong independent decision-making skills.
- Ability to interact successfully with diverse groups of people.
- Technical expertise, strong analytical skills, and a problem-solving mindset.
- Calm, courteous, and professional demeanor, with strong attention to detail.
- College degree or related experience preferred.
- Bilingual - Spanish language fluency is a plus.
