Summary: SALES PROFESSIONAL’s manage the opportunity from sales pursuit to close using deep sales process as well as industry expertise. Develop relationships with key buyers and decision-makers at new and/or existing clients; protect and grow the business. Act as point of contact for resolution and escalation of all key items with the client and internally. This group specializes in contract, staffing of Program/Product managers as well-as Information Technology professionals. The qualified candidate must have a proven IT sales track record and at least 3+ years of professional staffing or recruiting sales experience. A professional at this position level within Paradigm has the following responsibilities This candidate should have a thorough knowledge of the Staffing Industry, specifically within the Information Technology area Develop client credibility and enhance Paradigm’s brand as a reliable services partner Pursue leads, drive demand, and build sales revenue pipeline within the defined industry segment Involved in setting strategic direction to establish near term goals for area of responsibility. Identify and influence key decision-makers and stakeholders at the highest levels within accounts, creating awareness and building client relationships Sales responsibilities will include but are not limited to: identifying and generating new business through outside sales activities such as cold calls, prospecting, telemarketing, territory planning and relationship building Must have the aptitude to work with others to successfully match client needs and ultimately craft custom staffing solutions Must be a team player and will be expected to work closely with recruiting/delivery team The successful applicant will have the ability to manage existing accounts as well as forge new account business opportunities Sales professional should possess “hunter” capabilities, and have experience identifying and developing meaningful relationships with new and existing clients This position will be supported by a highly skilled recruiting staff that assists in uncovering and delivering high quality IT talent Manage accurate and timely client forecast reporting, pipeline and other important data/ metrics for your industry segment Have an extensive network with clients and recruits. Basic Qualifications: ~3+ years of recent Sales / Account Development experience in the professional staffing space ~ Must have strong prospecting and lead development skills. A cold-calling, self-starter and someone who does not need to be told what to do but knows what it takes to win ~ Exceptional experience building dynamic and positive customer relationships at Senior decision making levels as well as front line influencing levels ~ Ability to drive business development and have an established record of closing new accounts ~ Strong competitive drive, negotiation skills, business judgment and the ability to work independently ~ Accountability for profitable results, goals and sales targets ~ Excellent verbal and written communication, presentation and a high degree of professionalism with both small and large groups ~ Strong experience or familiarity within both the local and national markets ~ Must be able to travel up to 50% ~ Bachelors Degree.
