About The Role:

CoreWeave is in a critical phase of expansion, having experienced a remarkable 20x growth in 2023. We are building out a talented Revenue Operations team to ensure we maintain this trajectory for years to come. As a vital contributor, you will play a pivotal role in setting up our Go-to-Market systems for continued success with purposeful, business-oriented, and forward-looking technical design and implementation. The Salesforce Administrator will work closely with fellow Revenue Operations team members to create, improve and re-architect our existing deployment of Salesforce and our key integrations with up and downstream systems. This role combines hands-on technical implementation with a vision for future scale, providing a stable foundation for CoreWeave to grow its GTM motion for years to come.

What You’ll Do:

  • Implement scalable SFDC process automation infrastructure such as flows and apex triggers
  • Configure solutions in Salesforce that keep the end users and business outcomes top of mind
  • Troubleshoot bugs with automation and access and provide visibility into the path to resolution for stakeholders
  • Evaluate and identify gaps in our existing automations to develop solutions for future scale
  • Partner with Revenue Ops team members to translate business requirements into technical solutions
  • Focus on user efficiencies, solving business/customer issues, invent creative solutions, and ensure data accuracy across the system
  • Build and maintain a strong data governance infrastructure
  • Monitor data quality on an ongoing basis to identify issues before they become major problems
  • Create and maintain clear and actionable documentation for processes, workflows, triggers, integrations, and key fields for users and internal teams

What You’ll Need:

  • 2+ years of Salesforce implementation and development experience
  • Salesforce.com Certified Administrator (201)
  • Deep knowledge of Salesforce platform including configuration of custom objects, workflow rules, flows, apex triggers, custom metadata, etc
  • Comprehensive experience on debugging and troubleshooting in Salesforce and connected apps
  • Interest in working across departments to manage shifting priorities and requirements
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a demonstrated ability to influence a large organization and grow within a team
  • Appetite for connecting technical work with the business goals it helps achieve

Nice-to-haves:

  • Salesforce.com Certified Advanced Administrator
  • Experience with tools such as Zapier, Boomi, Workato, Tray.io
  • Experience with Tableau, Mosaic
  • Understanding of CPQ solutions

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $85,000-$115,000. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.

Hybrid Workplace

Successful candidates will be expected to attend onboarding training at our NJ Headquarters within their first several weeks of employment, with subsequent quarterly travel requirements of 1 week duration.
