Job Title & Role Description:

The Salesforce Developer role will work closely with the Manager of Clinical Applications to develop Salesforce-based solutions in Lightning Experience for various business needs. Using Salesforce Health Cloud as a care management application, the Salesforce Developer will play a key role in configuring and developing solutions to address business requirements, ensuring that the platform aligns with clinical workflows and documentation standards. The ideal candidate will have experience with Apex, SOQL, Aura Components, Lightning Web Components, Flow Builder, and Process Builder. This role requires effective communication with stakeholders to ensure that solutions meet business requirements while maintaining clinical integrity.

Skills Required:

  • Proficiency in Apex, Aura Components, and Lightning Web Components (or equivalent web development/programming experience such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript)
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce database structure, including objects and SOQL
  • Experience with Salesforce Process Builder and Flow Builder
  • Ability to participate in design sessions and communicate technical options to Product teams and business stakeholders
  • Strong communication and time management skills
  • Ability to work independently and in team settings
  • Experience with Developer Console and/or Visual Studio Code (or equivalent)
  • Salesforce certifications are a plus
  • 3+ years of experience with Salesforce (Health Cloud experience preferred)
  • 2+ years of experience with Developer Console or Visual Studio Code
