To clean assigned offices and other specific areas for Levy Restaurants.
Specific Duties: (Other duties may be assigned.)
• Clean all offices and conference rooms as assigned (empty trash can, dust, vacuum, countertops, sweeping/mopping).
• Cleaning all restaurants, all-inclusive clubs and banquet facilities in preparation for next event. Detail cleaning (strip, clean and buff) floors when needed.
• Detail clean all Concession locations following events in preparation for upcoming events.
• Drain, clean and refill deep fryers/auto fryers. Dispose, pump oil into grease tank.
• Cleaning hood system including removing filters.
• Cleaning, sanitizing beer lines.
• Empty, cleaning, sanitizing icemakers.
• Empty, disassemble, clean/sanitize, and refill soft serve ice machines. Assure product is removed from the freezer prior.
• Cleaning floor drains.
• Cleaning countertops including moving equipment.
• Cleaning/position floor mats.
• Assist in stocking storage room when supplies delivered.
• Report to housekeeping supervisor each day for assignments.
• Assist in detail cleaning for inspections by local city and state inspectors. Miscellaneous duties as assigned
Physical Demands: The individual may be required to reach with hands and arms, stand, walk, climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch and crawl during shift. The individual may be required to lift as much as 25 pounds.
