About the Position: The Senior Director of Client Services is responsible for developing and managing the client-business relationships on behalf of Arietis Health . You will facilitate communications to ensure client satisfaction and manage startups and projects to exceed client expectations .

  • Responsible for managing all aspects of the business relationship with the client, maximize relationships by being the main liaison between Arietis Health and the clients.
  • Coordinate start-up activities for client facilities. Work closely with assigned resources to coordinate start-up meetings, ensure the startup checklist is completed by appropriate site personnel and distributed to appropriate Arietis Health departments.
  • Monitor competition of tasks throughout the start-up process. Identify any special billing needs and procedures unique to the site and ensure appropriate procedures and policies are implemented to address those needs.
  • Develop a solid understanding of the processes at each facility. Be ready and able to troubleshoot issues.
  • Communicate with client on a regular basis to Arietis Health's state in meeting client's current and future needs.
  • Prepare, analyze, and present client deliverables to include revenue cycle/financial status, payor trends, accounts receivable measurements, contract negotiations, process deficiencies, etc.
  • Document and route issues, accordingly, monitor and ensure timely feedback and resolution of issues; maintain files for future referencing.
  • Review client financials and monitor reimbursement, cash flow, fee schedules and billing effectiveness.
  • Monitor all metrics including but not limited to log reconciliation, information request volumes, average days outstanding, variance in payor mix, etc.
  • Analyze trends and troubleshoot delays in reimbursement, cash flow, fee schedules, and billing effectiveness.

  • Analyze trends and troubleshoot delays in reimbursement, denials by payers, the appeal process for denied claims, and any facility related issues that may affect billing.
  • Identify opportunities for revenue cycle improvements and collaborate with clients to develop and execute improvements.
  • Adherence to the Code of Conduct and Corporate Compliance Program

What You'll Bring:

  • Bachelor's degree in business or health administration required.
  • 8 to 10 years' experience in Practice Management required.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
  • Experience in working with reports, spreadsheets, and Excel.
  • Problem solving abilities.
  • Excellent communication and customer relation skills.
  • Ability to multi-task.
  • Possess strong organizational skills.
  • Understand HIPAA (Health Insurance Portability and Accountability) guidelines.
  • Strong Language Ability: Read, analyze and interpret complex documents. Respond effectively to sensitive inquiries. Write speeches and articles using innovative techniques. Make persuasive presentations on complex topics to management, public groups and/or boards of directors.
  • Strong Mathematical Ability: Calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area, circumference and volume. Apply concepts of basic algebra and geometry.
  • Strong Reasoning Ability: Define problems, collect data, establish facts and draw valid conclusions. Interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form and deal with several abstract and concrete variables.
