LHH is assisting a highly respected top AmLaw firm in its search for a Senior M&A Associate. This role provides the opportunity to work on complex M&A buy and sell side transactions and general corporate matters for VC and private equity organizations.
This position offers :
· The ability to lead and manage M&A transactions and junior associates, from due diligence to deal closure.
· The opportunity to work on sophisticated transactions with a fast-moving M&A group that has a robust practice in the venture capital and private equity space.
Qualifications :
· 4+ years of M&A transactions experience
Salary :
The base salary range for this role in the Colorado market is $280,000-$390,000.
