Senior Project Manager to lead our Geotechnical and Materials Testing.

Direct Hire role

Must have PE license or willing to get with 6 months

The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in geotechnical engineering, materials testing, project management, and business development. Oversee and manage projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and budget.

• Coordinate with internal teams, subcontractors, and vendors to allocate resources effectively and resolve project issues promptly.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and company policies.
• Implement quality control measures to ensure the highest standards of project delivery and workplace safety.
• Manage the Business Unit’s P&L, ensuring profitability and financial targets are met.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including preparing proposals, presentations, and bid submissions.
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction and repeat business.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of engineers, and technical staff.
