The Senior Scrum Master will lead and support Scrum teams while championing Agile principles and ensuring adherence to the Scrum framework. This role is responsible for driving the successful delivery of products by optimizing timelines, removing impediments, and refining team processes. In addition to facilitating day-to-day Agile ceremonies, the Senior Scrum Master will serve as a coach and mentor guiding other Scrum Masters and promoting Agile best practices across the organization.
