Job Description

The Senior UI/UX Designer will play a key role in creating exceptional, engaging and intuitive user-centred UI/UX for a variety of innovative and digitally driven products and tools across the business from scratch. This includes customer- and player-facing products and tools, in-game design, and more. They will play an active role in gathering and understanding requirements and limitations, and designing work of an exceptional standard with these in mind. They will be expected to create and contribute to all areas of Product Design, including multimedia design (such as video, graphic design and animation).

• Collaborate with the cross-functional team to align, define and drive the design vision, strategy and user experience
• Define sitemaps, user flows, interaction models, wireframes, style guides and mock-ups/prototypes based on technical requirements, marketing requirements, and industry best and latest practices.
• Make strategic design and user-experience decisions related to the core functions and features of the product.
• Test the user experience with users and use findings to inspire future decisions and design solutions.
• Gain an in-depth understanding of our business, products and technologies to translate business problems and requirements into compelling design and best in class products for our ecosystem.
• Work with product owners, stakeholders and users to understand how people use our product and use this information to define design principles.
• Define information architecture, customer journeys and initial content.
• Clearly communicate hierarchy, grouping, and workflows for applications.
• Define what and where content/copy should be placed on the page.
• Creative and implement Design Systems across our product portfolio.
• Create and maintain UX guidelines, standards, and best practices for user-centric products.
• Focus on the continuous improvement of our processes, products, design principles and outputs to achieve work of the highest standard.
• Stay up to date with the latest industry trends and best practices, and tools and technologies, to keep Games Global at the forefront of UI/UX Design while sharing this knowledge with others.
• Strong ability with multimedia design including video creation and editing, and graphic and brand design, to provide a holistic service and exceptional quality in the design and promotional of our products and product brands.

3 years+ experience in IA & UX

Relevant Qualifications in the form of Certifications or Short Courses that support the use of Design Tools, UI/UX Design and Best Practices
