We are excited to invite a talented and forward-thinking individual to join our Enterprise Execution team as a Senior Vice President. This hybrid role is based in either New York, NY, or Pittsburgh, PA.
What You'll Do:
Strategy and Planning: Partner with key stakeholders to define objectives and develop comprehensive strategies. Create detailed program execution plans, including goals, milestones, timelines, and resource allocation.
Delivery Roadmap: Work closely with stakeholders to design and implement an Agile integration roadmap. Break down programs into manageable increments, identify deliverables, estimate efforts, and prioritize tasks.
Documentation and Administration: Assist in preparing project plans and presentations. Support the identification, tracking, and resolution of project risks and issues.
What We're Looking For:
An MBA is preferred.
7-10 years of experience in a similar role.
Proven experience as a management consultant, specifically in designing and implementing Operating Models.

Compensation Information:
The expected base salary for this position ranges from $98,000 to $200,000 annually, determined based on experience and location. This figure represents the base salary only; additional compensation may include commission, bonuses, and incentive packages.
This position is at-will, and the Company reserves the right to adjust compensation based on performance, location, and market factors.
