• Passion for Italian Cuisine and Culture : A genuine love for Italian food, wine, and traditions is essential.
• Knowledge and Enthusiasm : Familiarity with Calabrian cuisine, vegan Italian options, and Italian wines is a plus—or the willingness to learn and become an expert!
• Customer-Centric Mindset : Ability to provide exceptional service, guiding guests through our unique menu and wine list with confidence and charm.

• Deliver exceptional service by understanding and explaining our Calabrian-focused menu, vegan dishes, and Italian wine list.
