Akkodis currently has a SharePoint Developer - Implementation Analyst position with a client located in Rochester, NY. This is mostly a remote position, but the client prefers people who are within 60 miles of Rochester, NY so that the person can some in occasionally.

Looking for a SharePoint Developer - Implementation Analyst who is experienced rolling out SharePoint to new Departments and Users. Someone who can assist with the communication, collaboration, training, testing and implementation and make recommendations for solutions that work for the business. Responsibilities are 75% building and 25% planning and analysis.

Responsibilities:

• Act as consultant and provide advice to the IT team to manage and execute SharePoint rollout strategy.

• Partner with IT leaders and business stakeholders to make recommendations for SharePoint solutions to meet the needs of the business.

• Provide expertise to internal project members regarding the creation of training plans, testing plans, and implementation plans.

• Design and configure data architecture constructs, including managed metadata, content types, site columns, etc.

• Responsible for being well versed with custom and ‘out of the box’ SharePoint Online functionality.

• Creation of various workflows in SharePoint using Microsoft Power Automate Platform.

• Design, develop, customize team sites, libraries, lists, views, and workflows as part of SharePoint rollout strategy.

• Provide support and guidance to users on SharePoint and Power Platform features and functionalities.

• Participate in component and data architecture designs.

• Mentor junior developers to learn and apply new development skills

Qualifications/Skills:

• SharePoint development experience with at least 3 years of experience with SharePoint Online and the Microsoft 365 ecosystem.

• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, and the ability to work independently with business stakeholders.

• Experience with lead roles in project execution.

• Experience in all aspects of application development (analysis and design to implementation and support).

• Expertise with Microsoft PowerApps and Power Automate.

• Knowledge of application development (preferable .NET with VB or C#) experience and consuming Web Services.

• A working understanding of Active Directory and Role Based Access principles, particularly as it related to cloud migration.

• Ability to work in a dynamic and fast paced environment.

• Excellent customer service skills.

• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office/O365 products.

• Ability to work well in lead role.

Pay Details: $50.00 to $55.00 per hour
