Summary/Objective
The Social Media Production Assistant works with the Social Media Marketing team in the pre- and post-production of live webinar sessions conducted on a weekly basis by the CEO, Kemal Erkan. The Social Media Production Assistant will also be responsible for creating content for our various social media channels as well as complete ancillary tasks assigned by the CEO and Business Development Team.

• Assist in pre-production and coordination of live sessions by conducting research on guests & topics, creating thumbnail graphics, and scheduling upcoming sessions.
• Manage our company's social media channels, ensuring that content is up-to-date, organized, and visually appealing.
• Collaborate with our marketing team to create printed and digital content including, but not limited to blog posts, brochures, flyers, postcards, highlight clips
• Conduct research on industry-related topics to generate ideas and contribute to content planning.
• Assist executive team members with administrative tasks including, but not limited to surveys, data collection, data visualization, and written copy.
• Identify best practices, new technologies, and recent trends in content creation and distribution
• Use, protect, and disclose patient’s protected health information (PHI) in accordance with Health Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA) standards
• Follow all United Medical policies, uphold professional standards, and perform work responsibilities in a manner that is respectful to others
• Perform other personal assistant or assigned duties as required
