SUBJECT MATTER EXPERT
Talis Group’s client has a wonderful opportunity for a friendly, energetic self-starter with a passion for technology and knowledge of construction. They are looking for a Software Promoter to join their team and help revolutionize the home construction industry. If you’re not camera-shy, love solving problems, and have a knack for explaining complex ideas in simple terms, this may be the perfect opportunity for you!

Some light travel required

Salary: $75 - $80K plus full benefits package

HIGHLIGHTED DUTIES:

• Product knowledge: This person is the product expert and face of the company.
• Conduct webinars and in-person demonstrations; attend trade shows.
• Create videos for the website.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with potential and existing clients in the home construction industry.
• Worked with the sales department as the main company spokesperson demonstrating the company’s proprietary software product to home construction professionals.
• Clearly demonstrate the value of software solutions to construction professionals, from project managers to purchasing agents.
• Analyze client’s business processes and propose how company products will improve cost-efficiency and streamline operations.
• Assist in training home construction professionals to use software products, ensuring clients can easily integrate new technology into their existing processes.

HIGHLIGHTED REQUIREMENTS:

• Experience in B2B sales, particularly in a software-focused environment; motivated to assist the sales team to close deals and hit targets.
• Prior experience in the home construction industry, particularly in project management and/ or purchasing.
• Experience in introducing software as a solution is a major plus.
• Ability to provide technical product training.
• Proactive, resourceful, and able to take initiative with minimal supervision
• Ability to communicate complex ideas in a way that’s simple and relatable to anyone, especially to those who may not be tech-savvy.
• Skilled at tackling abstract problems, analyzing business processes, and recommending solutions that are both cost-effective and efficient. 
• Ability to travel.
