**Job Description**
We are seeking creative software test engineers to join one of our business solutions teams supporting a classified customer.
We would prefer past Lead experience, but a senior level QA Engineer who wants to be the Team Lead will be fine.
Black Box and Manual testing required. No Automation experience required, but you will start learning!
Job is located in Chantilly
**Required Education, Experience, & Skills**
+ Detail oriented, highly motivated in making a measurable impact
+ Ability to review documentation and requirements to design a test plan that is comprehensive and targeted
+ Well organized with excellent oral and written communication skills
+ Demonstrated hands-on experience and success leading test QA initiatives
+ Penchant for finding ways to get things done
+ Thrive in an independent, dynamic environment
+ Experience with agile scrum methodologies and being a part of a scrum team
+ Passionate about agile testing and continuous improvement in the context of application lifecycle management
+ Needs little to no supervision
**Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills**
+ Experience with HR - Enterprise Resource Planning tools
+ Knowledge or experience in Infor Lawson software
**Pay Information**
Full-Time Salary Range: $140690 - $239140
Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
