Job Description/ Responsibilities

• Accessing the organization's needs and requirements for Splunk ITSI requirement.
• Installing and configuring Splunk enterprise and ITSI modules.
• Creating and managing user accounts and ensuring proper access controls and security measures are in place to protect sensitive data.
• Integrating various data sources into ITSI for monitoring and analysis
• Managing and maintaining data sources to ensure data quality and reliability.
• Configuring service templates, KPTs, and notable events.
• Setting up alerting mechanisms to detect and notify on service anomalies or performances degradation.
• Conducting periodic performance assessments and making necessary adjustments to improve scalability and responsiveness.
• Investigating and diagnosing issues to determine root causes.
• Ensuring ITSI deployments complies with security standards.
