Location: New York Civil Liberties Union, 55 Broadway, NY, NY 10006 (NYCLU Staff are currently working on a hybrid model)
Salary: This is an unpaid internship position for law students earning academic credit.

The NYCLU seeks a diverse group of current law students for Spring 2025 internships. During the Spring Semester (approximately 12-weeks), the Education Policy Center legal intern (unpaid) will engage in legal research and writing to support litigation, advocacy, and legislative priorities in education across New York State.
Applicants should have a commitment to public interest law, civil liberties, and a demonstrated interest in education. Demonstrated legal research and writing skills required. Teaching experience or other relevant education experience preferred.
