** Sr. Analyst, Transportation**

The Sr. Analyst, Transportation analyzes needs and develops user requirements across the entire spectrum of logistics functions, models problems/solutions, assesses cost/performance impacts of solutions, defines processes and practices to align with policy, and implements optimization strategies.
****Ways you will make a difference****
* Monitors and evaluates the 3PL Distribution Centers work flow to ensure that the most effective processes are being followed. Uses multiple reporting tools with SAP to effectively report the progress of the DC and individual users.
* Builds training and business process procedures for SAP transactions used within the DC. Troubleshoots any SAP issues or concerns the DC may be having.
* Collaborates with the SAP Development Team to create SAP enhancements for improving Distribution Centers, and provides end user training when enhances are created.
* Effectively partner with all key internal/external clients to ensure all functions are performing at established levels of performance.
* Coordinates and supports Customer Service on ensuring that stock transport orders are being received into the DCs to create customer deliveries efficiently.
* Ensure a modern supply chain strategy is developed that supports the company's overall strategic business plan and performance objectives, as well as customer expectations.
* Understand and oversee the execution of best in class logistics/transportation and Distribution/Fulfillment services.
* Manage risk analysis for logistics requirements and drive the development of action alternatives.
* Prepare analysis and action plans to mitigate suppliers and supply risks associated with logistics requirements.
* Build/develop Tableau dashboards to drive insights into logistics performance.
* Perform special projects as required.

* Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, STEM, or combination of education and experience
* Minimum 3 years of experience in key supply chain areas such as, but not limited to, inventory control, transportation, warehousing, and order management
* Proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite with an emphasis on Excel and PowerPoint
* WM experience required, preferably in SAP
* Knowledge in SAP
* Strong computer skills including MS Excel and PowerPoint
* Tableau Dashboard building experience
