What are we looking for in our Sr Data Analyst?

The Information Technology team at Russell Tobin & Associates is supporting a top financial organization that has an opening for a Data Analyst 2 role.

Below is some information about an immediate opportunity for which you might be interested:

Location: Hybrid to Minneapolis, MN

Pay Range: $55/HR - $58/HR on W2

Type: 6 months Contract (with possible extension)

What skills/attributes are a must-have (Please be detailed as to several years of experience)?

Healthcare background
Prior data analytics role
Advanced SQL skills, more than 3 years. Independently write SQL, gather data, analyze data, and present findings in an easily comprehensible business format.
Intermediate Excel for data analysis. Ability to create PowerPoint presentations
Proactive ability to find and define problems, understand business impact, identify solutions, and provide recommendations
Experienced in condensing complex information and communicating key findings and insights to business stakeholders

What skills/attributes are nice to have?

Healthcare economics background
Outcomes analytics
Whitepaper experience
Experience with a visualization tool such as Tableau, Power BI, or ArcGIS
