POSITION SUMMARY
This position is responsible for overseeing transformation initiatives, and for developing and implementing Strategic Portfolio Management Office (SPMO) processes and policies -- working with the Corporate Planning team and other department leaders to define, prioritize, and develop projects and programs. In addition, this role will oversee some of the most challenging, highly visible, and highly complex projects in the Company; is instrumental in overseeing the day-to-day operations of the SPMO; ensuring the successful delivery of initiatives under BMI’s Strategic Plan; and strategic alignment of project practices with business objectives.

GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES
Directly supervises and supports the development of departmental team members. Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the Company's policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring and training employees; planning, assigning, directing and ensuring reliability of work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining team members; addressing complaints and resolving problems.
POSITION QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS
Education: Four (4) year bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent years of experience. MBA preferred.
Experience: Minimum of seven years of SPMO leadership work; five years of agile/scrum experience. Experience with corporate transactions, large scale transformations, consulting, or Music industry a plus.

SALARY RANGE
The specific base salary offered to a successful applicant will be based on individual qualifications, skills, experience, and education. The pay range is subject to change at any time based on various internal and external factors. The position may also be eligible for one or more performance-based bonuses. In addition to cash compensation, BMI offers a competitive portfolio of benefits to its employees, as described below.
