Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and Boiler-Certified Stationary Engineer to join our team in the petroleum industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating, maintaining, and troubleshooting industrial boilers and associated systems in a fast-paced and safety-critical environment. This role requires strict adherence to safety protocols, regulatory compliance, and the efficient operation of boiler systems to support refinery or plant operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate and Maintain Boiler Systems: Ensure the safe and efficient operation of high-pressure boilers, pumps, compressors, heat exchangers, and other stationary equipment.
• Monitor Equipment Performance: Regularly inspect, monitor, and log operational parameters to ensure optimal performance and compliance with safety and environmental regulations.
• Perform Repairs and Maintenance: Troubleshoot and repair boiler systems, valves, and associated equipment to minimize downtime.
• Adhere to Safety Standards: Strictly follow OSHA, EPA, and company-specific safety protocols to ensure a safe work environment for all personnel.
• Conduct Inspections: Perform routine inspections of equipment, identify potential issues, and address them proactively.
• Collaborate with Teams: Work closely with operations, maintenance, and safety teams to ensure uninterrupted production and compliance with regulatory standards.
• Record Keeping: Maintain accurate logs, reports, and records of boiler operations, maintenance activities, and safety checks.
• Emergency Response: Respond quickly and effectively to any emergencies involving boiler systems, ensuring personnel safety and minimizing operational impact.
