Position Overview:

Role: Physician for Urgent Care Telehealth Program
Location: Fully Remote
Schedule: Flexible hours to fit your lifestyle
Compensation: $120 per hour
Additional pay for NP supervision: $150 per month (approximately 1 hour/month per NP)
15% pay differential for nights and weekends on applicable programs

About the Role:

We're looking for a compassionate, patient-focused physician to join our telehealth team as a supervising provider. In this role, you'll guide a dedicated group of Nurse Practitioners (NPs) while providing high-quality urgent care through telemedicine. Key Responsibilities:

Supervise at least 5 Nurse Practitioners, including performing quarterly chart reviews and hosting virtual check-ins as needed.
Provide virtual (video and phone) consultations for urgent care needs such as minor injuries, respiratory infections, skin issues, gastrointestinal problems, allergies, and more.
Engage in asynchronous communication with patients to offer ongoing care and support.
Work with a diverse, inclusive patient population, providing evidence-based care that respects all backgrounds.
Foster a supportive environment for NPs, ensuring their success through mentorship and guidance.
Requirements:

Actively licensed as an MD or DO in good standing in 5 states, including California, plus at least 3 of the following: Pennsylvania, Alabama, Georgia, Indiana, Missouri, Mississippi, South Carolina, or Tennessee.
Board-certified with a valid DEA certification.
At least 2 years of independent post-graduate practice experience.
Experience acting as a supervising physician for NPs is preferred.
Comfortable using technology and a strong communicator, with an emphasis on professionalism.
Telemedicine or virtual care experience is a plus.
