● Smart, self-driven with a keen focus on and track record of exceptional delivery of innovative solutions
● Experience with coding and automation in at least one modern programming language such as Python, React, or C#
● Proficiency and understanding of 12-Factor application design
● Experience conducting unit, integration, and performance testing to ensure the quality and reliability of code
● Deep knowledge of object-oriented programming (OOP) principles and best practices
● Experience implementing observability practices to monitor and analyze system behavior, identify issues, and optimize performance
● Experience with Cloud/PaaS Environments (e.g. AWS, Azure, Google Cloud Compute)
● Thorough knowledge of continuous integration tools (e.g. Gitlab CI, Jenkins)
● Passionate about ways to exploit technology and constantly learning
● Exceptional analytical and problem solving skills
● Strong oral and written communication skills
Embodies a DevOps culture with continuous delivery, cloud, and fully automated infrastructure as code
