Education & Experience:
· Bachelor’s Degree required in Organizational Development, Org. Behavior or Industrial/Organizational Psychology or related field. Masters preferred.
· 5 + years of relevant experience
· Demonstrated success in the design, development and delivery of innovative programs and products
Competencies:
· Experience with Talent and OD process administration and coordination
· Experience compiling and using analytics, including qualitative and quantitative methods in reporting and analysis of cross functional efforts.
· Strong bias towards execution and delivery.

Job Summary/Basic Function:
· The role is responsible for the development and execution of key Talent Management and Organizational Development programs and initiatives for North America.
· Adapts departmental plans and priorities to address resource and operational challenges.
· Decisions and problem-solving are guided by policies, procedures and the business priorities.
· Provides technical guidance to employees, colleagues and/or customers by exceling in developing strong working relationships that build trust and deliver results.
Key Accountabilities:
· 25% - Performance Management: Current process and FY25 optimization including LPA. Enhance training on feedback & coaching. Development Planning.
· 25% - Talent Powerhouse: LEAD Program process and execution. Support other talent programs as required. Including Mentor Program and New Employee Orientation optimization project.
· 20% Learning Systems and Requests: Curation and facilitation of ad-hoc requests. Training Requests form and TM mailbox. Research DEI content and partner with DEI council on embedding DEI into our existing programs and processes.
· 20% Talent Management – High Potential/Successor Planning. Support communication and enrollment into Leadership Development Programs (Global programs, IT, etc.)
· 10% Other as defined including defining, tracking and reporting against all KPIs and metrics related to each project/program. Support Leadership Summit as needed.
