A Tech Recruiter will engage in : Business Development Prospecting for local clients who seek to fill IT-related positions via telephone and e-campaigns, identifying their hiring needs, and offering our staffing solutions Candidate Recruiting Actively working alongside candidates from the initial point of contact all the way to the job offer phase. This includes: Sourcing, screening, and qualifying tech professionals utilizing an applicant tracking system - Hosting initial exploratory conversations in which candidate career objectives are identified – Conducting comprehensive interviews in which candidates are thoroughly qualified and prepared to meet with clients Learning Program Participating in our ongoing training program to obtain technical knowledge and the skillsets needed to succeed Our Ideal Candidate embodies the following : Excellent cold calling, influencing and negotiation capabilities A charismatic & genuine individual with a passion for relationship building Exude a competitive spirit as evidenced by demonstrated success in school, athletics, music or another field.
