Test Engineer

Pay Rate: $27.50

Education:

Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronic or a related Engineering discipline.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Identify and report unsafe operations.
• Maintain, repair, and calibrate tools and jigs.
• Support production and maintenance to maximize efficiency.
• Analyze and reduce downtime and outages.
• Maintain quality while driving cost reductions.
• Develop operating instructions and equipment specs.
• Train team members to meet production goals.
• Maintain, repair, and calibrate tools and jigs.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

• Strong problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage and maintain technical equipment effectively.
• Ability to analyze root causes and implement solutions.
• Experience in production process improvements and best practices.
