Trainer — Credit Union | Central Wisconsin

About the Role:

We’re looking for a passionate, people-focused Trainer to join our team at a well-established Credit Union in Central Wisconsin. In this role, you’ll design and deliver impactful training programs that support new hires and current team members. You’ll collaborate with leadership, help drive employee success, and play a key part in delivering an outstanding member experience.

This role involves regular travel to branches throughout Central Wisconsin, and from time to time, you may step in to support branch operations.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Train & Develop : Lead onboarding and ongoing training for employees, both in-person and online. Help them meet sales, service, and quality goals through coaching and hands-on learning.
• Collaborate & Strategize : Partner with managers and leadership to design training solutions for products, services, and employee challenges.
• Evaluate & Improve : Conduct surveys and assessments to measure training effectiveness and adjust as needed.
• Coach & Support : Work one-on-one with employees who need extra guidance, offering new methods and approaches.
• Branch Support : Occasionally assist at branches and perform other duties as needed.
• Stay Compliant : Make sure all training content and activities follow company policies, procedures, and regulations.
• Additional Responsibilities : Jump in where needed to help the team succeed!

What We’re Looking For:

• 3–5 years of experience in training and development, ideally within banking or credit unions
• Strong understanding of regulatory compliance
• Bachelor’s degree required
• Excellent facilitation, communication, and coaching skills
• Ability to build trust and credibility with employees and leaders
• Willingness to travel frequently across Central Wisconsin

Work Environment:
