We are hiring for Trainer Network Trunk Provisioning (NTP) in Freehold, NJ or New York, NY(Hybrid)

Must Have Skills:

• Strong knowledge of voice switching networks and technologies (Nortel DMS, Lucent 5ESS, Siemens, Ribbon G6/C20)
• Experience working with cross-functional teams
• Ability to collaborate closely with internal teams for training on the build, test, and turn-up of T1s and DS0s
• Knowledge of Verizon systems (Access Guardian, WFA, TIRKs, BDMS)
• Ability to adapt to a changing environment and handle multiple priorities
• Proficiency with Google Suite
• Proficiency with Microsoft systems
• Excellent oral and written communication skills

Desired Skills:

• Experience in training or mentoring teams
• Familiarity with telecom infrastructure and provisioning processes

Job Duties:

The Network Trunk Provisioning (NTP) team is responsible for managing the DS0 trunking network. As modernizes its network to support new products and technologies, the candidate will be responsible for training NTP team members on existing TDM switch infrastructure, as well as new switch technologies being deployed (such as Ribbon C20/G6/G6) and related VzT systems and procedures.

Key responsibilities include:

• Facilitating and tracking the training progress and requirements of new NTP team members
• Providing training on switch equipment, VzT systems, and processes

Education/Certifications:

• Relevant Bachelor's Degree or five years of relevant experience in switching, transport, and NTP processes and procedures

Logistics:

• Shift: Day shift with flexibility required for off-shift activities
• Location: Freehold, NJ or New York, NY
