Job Description

Seeking an experienced Wedding Event Specialist with a proven track record of exceeding sales expectations, building strong relationships with wedding parties, and ensuring exceptional experiences on the big day.

Wedding Event Specialist Responsibilities:

Oversee weddings from initial sale through planning, detailing, and execution, including facilitating meal tastings, managing event setup, decorations, ceremonies, and meal timing. Handle incoming and walk-in wedding inquiries, conduct tours, and use sales expertise to enhance wedding options and increase revenue.
Collaborate with the Director of Banquets and Catering Sales on marketing initiatives through outside sales and telemarketing for Rooms, F&B, and Activities. Create detailed banquet event order (BEO) forms post-planning meetings and bookings.
High School diploma and/or college degree, or equivalent experience in food and beverage marketing, with proven sales and supervisory experience in resort food and beverage.
