About Us – KinetikChain Denver: If this sounds like you, we might be a perfect match. KinetikChain Denver is a cash-based physical therapy clinic (also offering chiropractic, massage, fascial stretch therapy, and sports performance services) in the Cherry Creek and West Highlands neighborhoods. Experiencing rapid growth, we’ve evolved from a one-person practice to a dynamic team of 11 with 2 locations catering to motivated, active adults throughout Denver and Colorado. We frequently participate in active events such as competitions and runs. Our reputation and the results we achieve for our patients have led to significant growth, and we need another A-player to join our team. We are passionate about ongoing education and provide extensive training, teaching, and coaching every week.

What We’re Looking For:

• A physical therapist willing to work hard to develop a full-time schedule of their ideal patients (this won’t take long for the right candidate).
• A skilled PT that can treat women's health/pelvic floor or sports and ortho patients (all 3 would be a bonus!).
• A skilled communicator who can help patients confidently make the right decisions about their care plans and see the value in your services.
• An encourager who keeps patients excited about physical therapy and committed to their care plans to achieve their clinical, health, and lifestyle goals.
• Ideally, you have 1.5+ years of outpatient experience, manual therapy skills, and a strong desire for continuous learning and growth.
• A certification in Dry Needling or another niche (women’s health, CrossFit, gymnastics, etc.) is a plus but not required.
• Someone confident, upbeat, friendly, and comfortable being on camera, as video and pictures are vital to our patient communication, marketing, and social media presence.

Our Purpose/Mission: To help people recover from pain and injury and achieve their wildest movement goals, maximizing their quality of life while setting the new standard in healthcare.

The Position: We are an orthopedic and sports medicine clinic working primarily with active, motivated adults in their 30s through 50s. We help them get back to activities they love, like running, skiing, CrossFit, and working out, as well as daily activities like taking care of their kids or work. We are looking for someone to start part-time, with the potential to move to full-time quickly for the right candidate.
