Must be local to Southeast Florida (Stuart to Miami) to be considered

Must have Yacht or Real Estate brokerage experience, familiarity with MLS's and CRM's

If you are highly resourceful, proactive, and able to wear multiple hats, including brokerage management, marketing coordination, event planning, and general problem-solving, you will make 6 figures with me and if you become an integral part of the operation I will include an equity package.

This person needs to drive initiatives forward without needing constant follow-up , ensure the brokerage runs smoothly, and be able to coordinate with PR, sales, marketing, and operations, but also be willing to get their hands dirty and do whatever I need done as my right hand person.

Compensation: Base Salary + Performance Bonuses + Commission share

Job Description:

We are seeking an elite, resourceful, and highly proactive Yacht Brokerage Operations & Marketing Manager to drive the success of our boutique yacht brokerage. This is not a typical admin role —we need a problem solver, executor, and strategic thinker who can manage operations, coordinate events, and optimize all aspects of the business without needing hand-holding.

Key Responsibilities:

Operations & Brokerage Management:

  • Oversee day-to-day operations of the yacht brokerage, ensuring smooth execution across all business areas.
  • Handle logistics for boat show participation, including securing locations, arranging boat prep, and managing the team.
  • Work with sales associates, ensuring they have the tools, listings, and strategies to succeed.
  • Optimize CRM usage, reporting, and pipeline management for maximum efficiency.

Marketing & PR Coordination:

  • Manage collaboration with our digital marketing team and social media specialist to execute effective campaigns.
  • Work directly with PR firms to enhance brand visibility and secure media coverage.
  • Coordinate high-impact events, from client gatherings to yacht showcases, ensuring flawless execution.
  • Oversee content strategy, ensuring our brokerage is positioned as a market leader.
  • General Problem-Solving & Execution:
  • Be a "fixer"—able to tackle challenges independently and drive initiatives forward.
  • Handle special projects as assigned—whether it's structuring partnerships, sourcing sponsorships, or improving internal processes.
  • Own all miscellaneous tasks that come up, figuring them out without hand-holding .

Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • Highly Resourceful & Independent – You take ownership, solve problems without being asked, and don’t need constant oversight.
  • Strong Business & Marketing Acumen – You understand yacht brokerage operations, marketing strategy, and event planning.
  • Excellent Project Management Skills – You can juggle multiple priorities, execute under pressure, and stay organized.
  • Luxury Industry or Yachting Experience Preferred – A background in yachting, hospitality, or high-end sales/marketing is a plus.
  • Event Planning & PR Experience a Bonus – You know how to execute successful yacht showcases and VIP experiences.
  • Ability to Work Under Pressure & Adapt Quickly – This role requires someone who thrives in an evolving, high-stakes environment.

Compensation & Structure:

  • Base Salary: (based on experience and proven success in similar roles)
  • Performance-Based Bonus: % of revenue growth, successful event execution, or business improvements
  • Commission Share: If directly contributing to sales, offer a small commission cut for yacht deals brought in or facilitated.
