Achievement Rehabilitation Through Therapeutic Intervention, Inc - Immediate ABA Patient Care Specialist

Achievement Rehabilitation Through Therapeutic Intervention, Inc is a dynamic outpatient therapy clinic dedicated to enhancing the well-being of our clients, partners, and team members. We are currently seeking a highly skilled ABA Patient Care Specialist to join our team and contribute to our mission of providing hope, healing, and inspiration through positive therapeutic intervention.

Responsibilities:

• Engage in patient communication and support in-person, by email, and over the phone
• Monitor client absences and keep parents and ABA team informed
• Perform data entry tasks such as scanning, faxing, and filing
• Assist with scheduling duties
• Maintain the tidiness and organization of the ABA room
• Maintain client referrals and team member stats
• Fill in as needed for other clinical admin team members

Requirements:

• Availability to work a flexible schedule during the clinic's operating hours: Monday - Thursday 8:00 am - 6:00 pm, Friday 8:00 am - 5:00 pm
• Clerical office experience required, including use of computers, copiers, and scanners
• Ability to work with clients of all ages (mainly pediatrics) and abilities
• Reliable transportation
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Drug Free
