Job Description

As a Remote Data Entry Associate, you will play a key role in accurately entering and verifying sales orders into our sales order system, Odoo. You will assist customers, including restaurant and grocery store managers, by taking orders and ensuring data accuracy. This position is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, bilingual in Hindi and English, and has experience in sales order management.

Key Responsibilities:
Data Entry: Accurately enter and verify sales orders into Odoo remotely. Take orders directly from customers as needed.
Customer Order Collection: Convert orders from various channels (Fax, Phone, WhatsApp, Text, Email) into Sales Orders in Odoo.
Data Verification: Ensure all data in Odoo is accurate and complete, including customer and sales information.
Confidentiality: Maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive information.
Team Collaboration: Work with the sales and warehouse teams to ensure data accuracy, allowing the sales team to focus on their activities.
Additional Responsibilities: Assist with tasks to improve data management and order processing efficiency.

Minimum Qualifications:
Experience with sales order management systems such as Odoo, Netsuite, Sage, Quickbooks, Microsoft Dynamics, etc.
Fluency in English.
Proficiency in Hindi; additional languages are a plus.
Proficient typing skills with a high level of accuracy and speed.
Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a remote team.
Familiarity with Google Suite, eFax systems, and transcription services.
Strong communication abilities.
Commitment to maintaining the confidentiality of sensitive data.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with Odoo ERP, particularly with the Sales and Invoicing app.
Experience in data entry or a related field.
Use of AI tools to enhance productivity is encouraged, with responsibility for ensuring accuracy.
