Job Description

Captura Hall is seeking a highly organized and creative Event Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for event planning and a keen eye for detail. In this role, you will oversee the planning and execution of a variety of events, ensuring every detail aligns with our clients' expectations and our standards of excellence.

Responsibilities:

Collaborate with clients to determine event objectives, themes, and budgets.
Plan and coordinate all event logistics, including venues, vendors, and schedules.
Negotiate contracts with vendors and suppliers to secure the best options for clients.
Oversee on-site event execution, ensuring smooth operations and client satisfaction.
Monitor budgets and ensure events are executed within financial parameters.
Address any issues or challenges promptly and professionally.
Maintain records of event details and provide post-event reports.
