Job Summary: Responsible for shampooing carpets, stripping and waxing floors. Responsible for doing heavy or deep cleaning and high cleaning on ladders scaffolds and lifts. Must have marble experience.

Roles and Responsibilities:
* Must be able to use of heavy duty floor equipment,
* Must be able to use of ladder/scissor lift to high dust casino/venues.
* Clean venues including mopping, sweeping, vacuuming, dusting, clean upholstery as needed
* Cleans all casino areas, including sweeping and picking up trash, vacuuming carpets, wiping surfaces and retrieving glass items.
* Cleans restrooms, including scrubbing toilets, sinks, sweeping and mopping floors, deep cleaning of slot machines and stools and wiping surfaces.
* Empty trash cans and take trash to the designated area. May be required to clean up potential Blood Borne Pathogens.
* Must accurately follow all safety procedures, guidelines, or precautions when cleaning up potential Blood Borne Pathogens.
* Performs other reasonable business related duties as assigned.
* Alerts the appropriate team members when there are technical problems with games/systems.
* Meets the attendance guidelines of the job and adheres to regulatory, departmental and company policies.
* Enforce Project 21 policy and procedures by monitoring area for underage gamblers.
* Suggests players in Caesars Rewards, Caesars Rewards App, Play by CR, and Caesars Rewards Visa.
* Suggests products, services and experiences to guests.
* Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
* Six months previous utility porter experience required.
* Must be able to do cleaning up to 50 feet high.
* Must have knowledge of carpet extraction, stripping and waxing floors, scaffolding, lifts, and ladders.
* Heavy lifting required
* Must pass a drug test.
* Must possess excellent customer service and communication skills.
* Must be able to initiate and engage in conversation in a professional and friendly manner.
* Must be at least 18 years of age.
* Maintain knowledge of current property events, promotions and attractions.
* Must have outgoing personality and be able to generate business.
* Must be able to work independently, with little supervision.
* Comfortable working in a fast paced, dynamic environment.

* Ability to work effectively in a team setting and independently.

* Computer skills including operating hardware, software, and other technical equipment.

Physical, Mental & Environmental Demands:
* Must be able to maneuver in casino areas, up and down stairs and reach above shoulder level.
* Able to push, pull, and carry up to 100 pounds.
* Must be able to work in temperatures in excess of 115 degrees and in cold temperatures as low as 40 degrees.
* Able to use and operate vacuum cleaners, floor cleaning equipment, dustpans and brooms.
* Must be able to work around crowded areas.
* Able to read labels on chemical bottles.
* Able to stoop, bend, reach and pull around casino and restroom areas.
* Able to use finger movement and rotation wrist motion when cleaning and wiping surface areas.
* Able to tolerate cleaning chemicals without developing and allergic reaction.
* Able to read, write and speak English sufficiently to perform job.
* Available to work any shift, holidays and weekends.
* Ability to tolerate cigarette/cigar smoke and e-cigarette vapor.
* Ability to tolerate the smell and residue of cleaning products used in work and back of house areas.
* Responds to visual and aural cues.
* Must have manual dexterity to be able to operate the following equipment: computer, telephone, photocopy machine, fax machine, ten key, embosser, printer and bar encoder.
* Must be able to use and wear two-way radio w/ earpiece, and other equipment, as required.
* Able to tolerate a loud and noisy environment.
* Able to stand and walk for extended periods.
* Able to sit, stoop, reach and bend.
* Able to lift 20 pounds.
