Job Description

This position is responsible for the operational control, international operations and flight following of all aircraft according to the company and departmental guidelines.

Location: Uvalde, Texas

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate flight operations for aircraft management and charter brokerage clients in compliance with FAR Part 91 standards.
• Ensure that aircraft, crew, and passengers have all necessary equipment, documentation, visas, and entry requirements for relevant states or regions.
• Arrange for aircraft handling, including FBO notifications, fuel, catering, hangar space, cleaning, and any after-hours or weekend services as required.
• Confirm that all airports and routes are operationally suitable and meet company standards.
• Secure overflight and landing permits, as well as required slots, efficiently and in accordance with regulations.
• Monitor flight progress, providing timely movement updates as necessary.
• Coordinate trip logistics with relevant authorities, including customs, immigration, airport, and civil/military officials.
• Arrange fuel services and ensure fuel release information is communicated promptly.
• Notify relevant parties of any international or domestic flight restrictions.
• Exercise Operational Control/Flight Control over company flight operations as an Operational Control Manager.
• Collect and record expenses incurred by crew, passengers, and aircraft for client invoicing.
• Undertake additional responsibilities as delegated by the Senior Dispatcher or Director of Operations.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
• Represent Flightime Business Jets as a unified entity internally and externally, collaborating with industry groups, regulatory bodies, and the General Dynamics network.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• At least 5 years of experience in sales, customer service, or hospitality.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Willingness to be accessible 24/7 as part of an on-call rotation with other team members, including weekends and holidays, and to carry a mobile phone and other communication devices as needed.
