Job Description

The compensation for this role is $70,000 per year, paid weekly. In addition to competitive pay, we offer our Live-In Caregivers a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, dental and vision coverage, paid time off, and a 401(k) retirement plan.

Responsibilities:
•Provide personal care assistance to clients, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
•Assist with meal preparation and feeding
•Prompt medications according to client's care plan
•Help with light housekeeping tasks, such as laundry
•Accompany clients to appointments and outings
•Monitor and report any changes in client's condition to the office
•Build and maintain trust with clients and their families
•Provide companionship and emotional support to clients

Requirements:
•High school diploma or GED
•Prior experience as a caregiver, preferably in a home care or healthcare setting
•Knowledge of senior care and aging process
•Ability to effectively communicate with clients, their families, and healthcare professionals
•Good physical and emotional health to meet the demands of the job
•Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred
•Must be able to pass a criminal background check and drug screening
