New Business Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for new clients during the onboarding process.
• Guide clients through initial setup and transfer of their accounts.
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships to ensure satisfaction and long-term retention.
• Collaborate with internal teams (sales, customer support, product) to streamline the onboarding experience.
• Identify potential challenges and proactively address client concerns.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and onboarding progress.
• Prioritize and manage day-to-day tasks, ensuring timely resolution of client and operational issues.
• Follow up with vendor companies and clients as needed to facilitate smooth transactions.
• Assist the advisor with pre-appointment preparation for new client onboarding.
• Address and resolve issues related to new accounts, transfers, and amendments.
• Accurately track new business requests through data entry in CRM database and ensure follow-through to completion.
• Perform clerical duties such as filing, scanning, and managing paperwork.

Required Skills:

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and follow-up abilities.
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in data entry and office software.
• Process-driven
• Insurance licensing and Series 65 (preferred)
