Key Responsibilities:
Customer Service Excellence: Ensure every patient has a seamless and exceptional experience, fostering effective communication and relationships.
Administrative Oversight: Manage scheduling, office organization, patient records, and vendor relations.
Team Collaboration: Work closely with staff on events, campaigns, and operational improvements.
Office Management: Handle budgeting, inventory, compliance, and maintenance to ensure smooth daily operations.
Growth Support: Assist doctors in achieving business goals and inspire patients to share their positive experiences.
Reporting: Submit weekly and monthly updates to the CEO and maintain accurate records.
Qualifications:
- A heart to serve others and a commitment to going above and beyond.
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, finance, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in administration, finance, or a related field.
- Proficiency in financial management, scheduling software, and tools like Asana, Google Chats, and Google software.
- Strong organizational, time management, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-directed, goal-driven, and task-oriented with the ability to adapt to a dynamic environment.
